It is a registered South African company which is 100% owned by historically disadvantaged individuals. The executive members of the company Mr R.L Mphahlele and Miss MDR Mphahlele are both black South Africans.
This company was established with the objectives to affirm and enhance the changing environment and government's socio-economic objectives and the principles of reconstruction and development programmes. It was also established to exploit the shortage of black experience in the construction Industry.
